Good morning to everyone. Yesterday was the first full day of the 10 Day Real Food Challenge.
How did your day go? From those of you completing the food challenge, I would love to hear what you are learning. What is easy, difficult, surprising, etc? For those of you who have chosen to wait for a later date, what do you anticipate being difficult? I will use these comments to guide future posts and help us all through the world of real foods!
My day went smoothly. I had pre-made many of my meals and didn’t have to think about what to eat at all. I actually spent most of the day learning the art of yogurt making, which I will be sharing with you later today. I then spent the better part of the evening trying to decide what to do with all of this yogurt. (I welcome any suggestions.)
