We are about half way through our 10 Day Real Food Challenge. I didn’t stick with the plan very well on Saturday when I went out to lunch, but I’m back to menu planning and determined to make it through the last 6 days!
When beginning the challenge last week, I shared some food ideas. This week I have been digging through my cabinets to see what I want to get rid of before the move. I have a few cans of coconut milk, several bags of frozen veggies, and quite a bit of fruit around the house. Before I can buy more I need to get through what we have in the house now. This is reflected in my menu plan for the week.

I know this is a short list, but I really need to work my way through the things we have.
