A few months ago, I mentioned that I was considering entering a Chili Cook Off.

I have settled on a solid base for my chili, but I’m still left with a few unanswered questions. As I work out the details of my recipe, I’m turning to you, the readers.

I’m faced with the meat vs. bean decision and I need your help: Is good chili all meat or meat and beans?

    Without beans, it’s just a glorified spagetti sauce! :) Plus beans are awesome and nutricious!
