I skipped a post last weekend because I was up to my elbows in chocolate, cider, crafting, and Christmas carols.
While that does not sound nearly as entertaining in type as it was in person, there is much to be excited about- I now have tons of homemade goodies, crafts, and DIYs to share with you!
This year, I entered into a Secret Santa exchange with some friends. The theme of the exchange is handmade, upcycled, and crafted goodness. And as thrilled as I am to be doing this, my schedule has kept me miles from a craft or project.
I made up for my crazy schedule last weekend with 48 hours of DIY heaven.
I completed so many projects it’s hard to find a place to start.
But it’s most appropriate to begin with the beverage that was sipped while I listened to Christmas music and crafted away.
This recipe comes from my father-in-law. It’s the perfect starting point from which to create dozens of fantastic cider recipes and mixers. The flavor is easily altered by simply changing some of the optional ingredients and it’s always enjoyed by all.
May it fill your holiday crafting and baking with as much Christmas fever as my own!
