Dozen Ways with Eggs

Six hens, laying an egg a day, and I am drowning-in-eggs!

These beautiful gems are the most versatile products coming out of our backyard. They accommodate everything from a breakfast to dessert plate and are always looking to make what you have into a meal.

    I like to cook down spinach or kale in olive oil, garlic and onions and then stir in some eggs and feta cheese. , Mom even likes this.
