[Gluten Free] Oat Flour Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
Instructions
  1. Pour the oats into a food processor.
  2. Process on high until oats have become a fine flour.
  3. Keep flour in an air tight container and store in a cool place.
Notes
Fresh oat flour is best made in small quantities and used shortly after it is made. If stored on the shelf for too long, oat flour can become rancid.
