Spicy Habanero Vinegar

  • 5 habaneros
  • 1 pint mason jar
  • 1 pint white vinegar
  1. Core, seed, and roughly chop the peppers.
  2. Place peppers into a clean mason jar.
  3. Fill the jar with vinegar.
  4. Store in your pantry for 2 weeks.
  5. Strain out the habaneros and reserve the vinegar in a clean jar.
