This is a quick and easy homemade coffee for busy mornings.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh espresso
  • 1½ cups 2% milk, or milk substitute of your choice
  • 2 T. cocoa powder
  • 2 T. sugar, or sugar substitute of your choice
  • Whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in small pot.
  2. Heat over low heat, whisking continually.
  3. Pour into mugs. Serve plain or with whipped topping.
Notes
To make ahead: Pour into canning jar, allow to cool, and store in refrigerator. When needed, shake and pour desired amount into pan to heat.
